Breast pain

Omg I been reading loads of u talking about breast pain and I thought, mine are just a bit of discomfort. How wrong was I?!? Yesterday and today they are killing me. Sleeping is a nightmare and I just got out of the horrible shower ever with the pain in my breasts. Does anyone know how long they last for? It has been more than 7 years since my last pregnancy and I can't remember how it was. Xx
