I'm 12dpo, had unprotected sex on the last day of ovulation so it's been 12 days since. I haven't gotten my period yet and it's always on time, and if it's not the cramps are. I have not had any cramps or spotting, I'm 2 days late.

How long is your luteal phase normally? Are you going off of your glow app for period? because 10 days is a very short. And considering the egg implants at 7-10 dpo it leaves little room for implantation to occur. 14 days is the average luteal phase so if that's the case your AF wouldn't be due until 14dpo. You could test now and see but if negative you can test again until you get AF or a positive. If you don't get a positive by 21dpo and still no AF you'll need to schedule an appointment with your doctor and see what's going on.
