Whats the earliest you can tell you're pregnant and what are the symptoms

Til you miss your period. Some tests can tell you a few days before your missed period but I think it's a good idea to test a few days after. I had really sore boobs and I had to go pee all the time. I was also exhausted all the time. Then I found I out i was four weeks pregnant. At around 5 weeks I began having terrible morning sickness (worse at night).

I'm about 5 weeks now. About a week ago, I started feeling sick (not just in the morning, basically all day long), extremely exhausted, and it hurt to even let the water in the shower touch my boobs. Also, my period was 2 weeks late. It's different for everyone though.
