Help, I'm hurting.

I have a 2 year old. I had a c-section. And now my cut as been itchy and it's just been bleeding or has this yellow goo...what could that be? Should I go to doctor, also should I go if I have 2 things wrong, or should I go in separate visits to the doctor?
