Unsure what to do or think...

Ok so I should have started AF on Thursday 12/11 and didn't I had very light spotting on Friday. I usually get very sick and have horrible cramps right before AF but haven't had anything yet I'm just really tired and my body is a little sore. What do you think might be going on? I've been trying to get pregnant for a year and always get a BFN when I test. I'm so confused and anxious
