So, I used one OB group with my first pregnancy, I only really like 1 of the 4 drs. Two others are ok and one I really do not like. The birth of my son was not ideal and I am not a fan of the hospital they use. The office makes you schedule with who ever is available though. After my 5 week scan with this pregnancy, the tech could not see anything more than the sac, she suggested I should ask dr to come back next week to get dating done. I called my dr office when I left and receptionist was so rude (after having to call back three times as I would be put on hold for 10+ minutes). She made me schedule my "first OB appointment" with the dr I dislike on 12/26. So, I called back Friday morning and left a msg in the nurse line asking about yeast infection ( been a week since I took the Med and not much relief) and if I could have another scan ordered before my appt on 12/26. I still have not heard back. I was just looking online at OBs in the area, sure enough the dr I dislike actually has an opening this week available to be booked online! After the receptionist insisted 12/26 was the soonest I could get in with any of the drs. Like I said, I love the one dr but really don't care for the other three and looking now to switch practices. Where's a good place to start looking? How did you pick your doc? I do not really have any friends to ask who they recommend...
