I had a boyfriend one time and his mother loved me to my face. Behind my back she talked so much smack and she also blocked me from all her social media. When I asked her about it she said " you are taking my son away from my and I don't want to see y'all's pictures together. "

Don't sweat it. I dated a mama's boy at one point and she was always very ugly to me. She would unfriend me repeatedly and acted very jealous that we spent so much time together. My advice? Don't be with him if he doesn't defend you to her. Middle-aged women can sometimes be the most immature, and she very well may try to ruin your relationship.
