Cycle day 60 spotting

Last AF was Oct 16th (usual 37cd) Today made cycle day 60 , I had spotting as I went to the bathroom , I also had horrible cramps . My breast also hurt . I had 3 BFN 2 equates 1 clear blue , what could it be .
