Severe cramps

So, for a week my breasts have been sore and I would have cramps but nothing serious. Well, for about 2-3 days the cramps went from stomach cramps to vaginal pain. I felt like something was gonna fall out my vagina because every five minutes I would get sharp electrifying pain that would make me squeeze my boyfriend's hand. I can't talk to my mom about it because she just will say I'm pregnant without even trying to figure out what's going on medically. So, can anyone help me??
