No period n any sign of prego

My period supposed to come on December 7 till today any sign of pregnancy. I took a pregnancy test on  December 10 it said" not pregnant" actually I'm trying to get prego since 2years ago.  I don't know what happen if it's a delay of my period or I'm pregnant?! I don't think it's a prego coz I don't see any sign of pregnancy.  I hope God does a miracle for my husband and I.  So in that case what should we do please??
