Natural unmedicated birth stories?

Any ladies out there who gave birth naturally without any medication such as epidural? Im trying my best to do it natural..just need some detailed stories of what to expect!

My husband and I took a birth class called hypnobabies. It helpa to retrain the brain and to educate about the different atages of labor. Fear can cause pain and the pain then causes fear vicious cycle. Best advice relax into each pressure wave aka contraction. Allow them to flow through you. My labor was 19 hrs and i pushed 4 times and out she came.

Get on Amazon and get yourself a copy of Ina Mae's guide to natural childbirth- a whole section full of real, honest, natural birth stories. And watch the documentary "the business of being born". My plan is to do it at a birth center with a midwife- and praying for a normal pregnancy so that I can go through with that. I'm actually really excited about birth and just signed up for a 8 week class starting in March. Good luck to you!!

I had both my babies (now 8yrs old & 6yrs old) naturally at a birthing center. It was great! It's not for every woman though. Both my labors were fairly easy and I had no complications or concerns at any time during my pregnancy.

The most awesome parts were that I wasn't being told not to eat (hospital births have a no food policy in case a c-section is needed), I was able to get up and walk around 30 min to an hour later after birth just fine, and my recovery time was very quick. I literally went home with my newborn a few hours after birth.

First baby I had an epidural and a semi bad experience! Second time around I used Blissborn, a self hypnosis series. It was wonderful and amazing! I was so calm, peaceful and relaxed the WHOLE time! I cannot wait to deliver my 3rd the same way in a couple of weeks! Most amazing thing ever. Nurses tried to send me home before they checked me thinking I was in early labor but was already at 7cm when they did check! They couldn't believe how relaxed and always asked my husband if I was "sleeping"! They begged me to get certified and come back and teach the class!

My mum had 3 babies all natural. She woke up in the night and her water broke. My dad drove her the 1/2 hr to hospital she was there doing paperwork and said I really have to go to delivery. They took her up in the elevator and my brother was born in the hallway. She didn't make it to delivery room.

With my sister her labor started and the Dr. who lived down the street drove her to the hospital and took her right to the delivery room and bam my sister was born.

With me she woke up in the night her water broke my dad drove her to the hospital and she was there a whole 1/2 hr before I was born

Hypnobabies and a birthing ball is all you need. First baby total of 11 hours labor ( from first contraction before I even knew I was even labor) to holding our son. My mom took video and if you didn't know it was my labor video you would think I'm just sleeping in a hospital bed.

I had my baby all natural. It was incredible! I'm telling you there is nothing like it. I still can't believe I did it and I can not wait to do it again in August! Check out Hypnobabies. It helps you get into the mindset that the pain has a purpose and that with each contraction you are closer to that precious baby. It's amazing!

I gave birth to my daughter with only gas and air to take the edge off when needed. I'm petrified of needles so an epidural scared the hell out of me. I'm so glad I did it with only has and air as it gave me a clear head and I knew excatly what was going on.

​As a first time mom, I'm not sure what to expect and if i research too much im afraid im going to drive myself insane! My mom has had 5 kids, all natural, and has assured me that the pain although intense is not unbearable. Im still terrified though.
