Plan b.....and does any one natural BC

Why is it bad. I've been researching it and finding studys that its not as bad for you as people think. Just a lot of hormones st once. Has a lot less side effects then BC in the long run. Tho not good to use it long turn due to the change of cycle. Anyone know a good natural BC I know neem oil is good as spemicide .
