Christmas dinner! ?

So this is my first year hosting Christmas dinner and I'm super nervous. My BF's while family is coming (about 17 ppl) and I'm cooking mostly by myself. Any tips to make things easier, less stressful? I really want to impress them all .

Food prep! Cut up onions, potato's or whatever your recipe calls for and have it on standby and ready to use. I always trim and prep my veggies the day before and stick em in Tupperware. That way everything is where it needs to be & accessible. Good luck :)

Delegate some meals out to other people! A couple years ago I hosted thanksgiving and was beyond stressed because I took on too much :) I know you want to impress them but it's not worth your sanity. Prepare an amazing main course, and maybe a side or two... And have your family bring the rest :)

If you look online you can find good cooking outlines. It will tell you what you can cook a day or so before, what to put in the oven when, ect. So everything gets done on time. I like lists so it really helped me thanksgiving haha.
