Hyperemesis Gravidarum

Are there any other mommies out there with hyperemesis gravidarum? I'm 7 weeks and have been throwing up nonstop since 4 weeks. Had to be admitted to the hospital on Sunday for severe dehydration. I'm finding it hard to keep up with anything in my life, whether it's work or my husband or friends. I'm afraid to be out in public for fear that I'll throw up. How have you handled the severe nausea and vomiting? How do you manage to balance the sickness with your life?
