Does anyone NOT feel pregnant?

I'm supposedly 5w1d but other than missing a period and having a couple positive pregnancy tests a week ago, I feel nothing. No cravings, nausea, moodiness... GI actually feels better than normal if anything...

For every pregnany I have, I never felt anything.  This is my fourth. I don't feel not one thing. No sore boobs, fatigue that is worse than usual, cravings. If I didn't see a ultrasound I wouldn't believe it. It is so easy for me to forget. Due 8/03/2015

I'm 5 weeks 3 days and other than sore swollen boobs, 1 craving and more emotional I don't have any other symptoms and don't feel different.

I haven't really had anything, a little bit of cramping yesterday but I'm not sure if it's actually happening or an over active imagination thinking I should feel different

I'm 6 weeks and I feel nothing maybe sore nipples that's all. I had one feeling of dizziness but I'm laying off the sugar because, I felt like it might of been related. I keep taking tests because it feels unreal but all positive of course

I'm dealing with this. The app says I'm exactly 6 weeks today. But I don't know. I've had morning sickness, cramps, trouble sleeping, missed period, 3 positive tests, cravings, but I still worry so so much. This is my first pregnancy. We're going to schedule an obgyn appointment asap.

I know what you mean, it was a bit of a fluke I even took a test...I'd even forgotten about it and was hours later I came back and saw the BFP...I just feel bloated and uncomfortable in my tummy and back - breasts are pretty sore but no more than AF is due...

Off an on. A bit of cramping (no worse than a period) and sore boobs, but nothing else really. I'm at 6w4d and hoping that it stays like this till the end of the trimester, lol

I'm exactly the same! 6 weeks and 3 days. One day I had nausea on the way to work, but that's not unusual for me, I'm on the train at 6am and that often makes me feel blah. Nothing else! I keep forgetting I'm pregnant! I've only had 1 pregnancy test and one hcg test (at 4 weeks). Waiting for my dating scan on the 30th and trying not to stress!
