How do I do my bbt and chart it ? Is there a special thermometer I need ? help me please I'm fed up of these opk's they are rubbish I want to bbt seems more accurate ... I wake up the Same time everyday with my 2 yr old so timing isn't an issue just would like to know how to do it correctly please ?

I should add, I like fertility friend's charts a lot better than glow. They have smaller degree increments so it makes temp rises and falls very obvious to see :)

You can get bbt thermometers at any drug store. I got one at target for like $7..not that you have Target in the UK,  but it should be fairly cheap. It reads the temperature to an extra degree..like 97.84 instead of 97.8. You can enter your temp into glow and it makes the chart for you. It's super easy! You just have to make sure you take your temp as soon as you wake up and before you get out of bed. I kinda use my thermometer as a snooze since the beeping wakes me up again!
