When should you tell your boss?

How far along are you ladies going to wait until telling your boss?  It's awful because you want them to be happy for you but in the backs of their minds they are freaking out because you will be leaving them short staffed or with another newbie to train...

I'm starting to become really nauseous so I may have to tell him sooner than I planned but if I can keep it under wraps, I'll tell him at about 12-13 weeks. I'm planning to be a SAHM so that gives him about 17-18 weeks to find my replacement.

I told mine so I could make sure I could get time off for appointments since I work in a casino and run all of our promotions.

Because I travel for work I have to tell my boss sooner so I'm not scheduled out of town the days of my appts.

I've already told mine, I work with violent disabled individuals and I wanted to make sure I could be moved to a less violent site, also due to cleaning chemicals I use I have to follow different protocol
