Pull Out Method & Plan B

My fiancé and I just started using the pull out method, but I'm not currently on birth control (in the process of getting some). The first time I used Plan B. That was Tuesday evening. I used the pill the next morning. Last night we didn't use protection again. If I take Plan B this morning will it be as effective so close together? I've heard that it can be less effective as it can build up in your tunes waiting for an egg. Idk. Sounds ridiculous to me, but I honestly don't know. Please no judgment. Honestly if I were to get pregnant neither of us would be upset. The timing just isn't great.
