I missed one day if student teaching due to a cold. I was 12 weeks and still having all day morning sickness. So having a cold all week with that I was a nose dripping zombie of a human by Friday and just told my mentor, I couldn't go in.

A cold will drain you out. U need rest and fluids and vitamin c enriched foods.
