When to start sleeping on side?

Do you have to start sleeping on your side sooner with twins? Or after 13 weeks is fine? Just curious. I'm only comfortable laying on my back right now (of course!) so I was wondering if I was doing anything wrong.

My doctor told me to get comfortable in any way I find possible. I wouldn't worry too much about it right now. Honestly. Get as much good sleep as you can because by 4 months preggo I couldn't get a full nights rest because I because uncomfortable and now at 30 weeks it's almost impossible to sleep. I'm so sore and uncomfortable. It's absolutely worth it and pregnancy has been amazing but when people ask me how am I sleeping... I just respond " what's that" lol

I'm hoping to purchase a sleeping pillow soon. I have not been resting well at all and feel terrible when I wake up in the mornings.

With a single baby, i had to turn to the side in week 25. You quickly feel when you should not lie on your back! You will feel dizzy and not very comfortable :)

I started sleeping on my side after about 6 weeks just cuz I'm scared. I'm normally a stomach sleeper and I read sleeping on your back can be harmful and restrict blood flow. It sucks I'm 11 weeks and in the same boat Madison. I have been sleeping with pillow in between my legs and it helps a little.
