Help. ASAP
I started my period today. I'm so boated and having really bad cramps. They won't go away. I've taken Ibuprofen and it hasn't helped at all. Does anyone know if taken miralax would help? or are you even able to take miralax during your period? Please help! I just want the cramps and bloating to go away.
