Clomid PCOS newb

Can any of ya'll give me some tips on your clomid journey? I have PCOS and have been ttc without assistance for 1.5 yrs. I'm doing clomid days 5-9. When did you start OPK testing? Did you go in for progesterone level testing ovulation day+ 7?? How did everything go for you?
