What would you tell your pre-mom/pregnant self??

What are some things you've learned after having your 1st, 2nd,3rd etc child that you would tell a first time mom?

Freezer meals/crock pot meals are so helpful!
Sleep when baby sleeps! 
If someone offers to help, let them. 
If they give you an extra day in the hospital, take it. This way you can take advantage of the nurses helping you and the lactation nurses advice.

Get used to prenatals now so you don't have to be twice as sick when you get pregnant.
