Tww symptom question

So I am pretty in tune with my body, and normally a week before af is due my boobs will ache like hell, but I am now due for af in two days and no sign of sore boobs at all.

I have also got two small pimples on my chest, something I have never had. I normally get atleast one pimple a few days before af on my face but haven't got any on my face just my chest..

I know I sound like a crazy lady but just curious if anyone else has experienced similar things in the tww and ended up with a positive ??
