Brownish pink discharge

I'm almost 4 weeks. The only symptoms I have is Alot of brown discharge, super sore boobs, severe hunger. I don't have any major cramping at all. Went to the Dr yesterday and my hcg levels are fine for how far along I am. Could this be a sign if a miscarriage?
