It doesn't look bad, but the best way Id treat it is with betadine. Soak your wound in warm Epsom salt water for about 10 minutes, dry well, apply betadine to a piece of gauze and wrap with tape or a bandaid. Please do NOT apply any type of neosporin. That is a greasy substance and doesn't allow your wound to breathe like the betadine will.

Yes it definitely looks like it! Soak it in warm salt water if you can handle it. Idk how open the wound is so it may sting. Then put neosporin on it or some type of cream and cover it for the night.
