I missed one of my pills last month, which prematurely started my period. I expected that, but I got a second period this month as well. It's lighter, but I'm cramping a lot and I'm wondering if this is normal? I usually just spot until the end of the month and then it cycles through like normal when I miss a pill. I've recently lost 50 lbs as well and have been under a lot of stress so I'm wondering if that could have something to do with it.
