If you are surrounded or living with a bunch of women. Does their cycle mess up yours or possibly everyone catching the same cycle?

It's complete hell living in a family of four girls who all get their periods at the same time. 
The amount of estrogen in the house is terrifying.

My three sisters and I all have similar cycles. My older sister and I have the same exact cycle. My sister will start in the morning and then I will start that night and it's a nightmare! Then the week after ours my two younger sisters get their periods. It's insane how it happens like that!
