Sharp needle cramps. ¡Very different!

I have been experiencing these sharp needle cramps that I've never experienced before. So painful... on my Lowe abdomen, pelvic area, and in the vagina.... OUCH! So weird.. I should b getting my period around these days. But I've never experienced these type of cramps.. who has? Or knows about these???
