So i stopped keeping track of my basal temp and not sure when I ovulated. My last period was on nov. 24th so I expected my period on the 19th of December. I am very regular. 3 days before my period I started having really bad cramps and backaches then again the following day. Then it stopped. At 5 days late I took a hpt and it was negative! I have no symptoms except for intolerance to alcohol and diarrhea. Like every day. Help please!
