Tracking my ovulation for the first time I'm on day two of glows prediction and still negative. I know this is a very silly question but if my periods are regular does that mean I ovulate? I'm so unsure of my body >.<

Answer

Yes. I used opks and never got a positive. It took us 3 months to conceive; I'm at 24 weeks now. My advice is to have sex every other day from after your period til a week before your next one is due. You might ovulate early or late him pared to the general public which can make tracking ovulation difficult and not a successful tool for TTC.
