CD 75... : ( vitex or fertilaid?

Happy holidays all! Had to come into glow this Christmas morning to press the "period is late" for the thousandth time. Really want to look into anything that can regulate my cycle naturally. I had irregular periods to begin with. Was on BC for years. Removed Nuva ring in August had one period induced by progesterone pills in October and two monts later, nothing. Not even sporting. Anyone know anything about vitex or fertilaid, did it work for you? After you stop taking it will your body revert back to irregular cycles?

I started taking vitex due to irregular/short cycles. Although I would normally have a period every month, it just wasn't consistent. I'm now on CD53 and AF hasn't appeared. I am feeling really confused & don't know where to go from here. So in my opinion vitex doesn't work for everyone.

Have you looked into having Clomid prescribed by a doctor? I have very long cycles (64-87 days) and went to see my OBGYN about it. He said I'm not ovulating regularly and prescribed Provera to induce my period and then Clomid (cycle days 5-9) to hopefully induce ovulation.

I just started on vitex 2 weeks ago. The day after I started it I began a light spotting and I still have spotting. I'm not sure if I should call this AF or keep counting on the last cycle, but i am taking it as a good sign my hormones are being regulated. I read that you should take 1 in the morning and 1 at night on an empty stomach  for best results.
