I used it for the last three days of my last period, and was really impressed with it, especially since I was able to have mess-free sex. Also, since I've used the Nuvaring, I found insertion to be really simple. But the first two days of my period are REALLY heavy, and I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with or suggestions for use with heavy flow?
