Am I still pregnant?

Question

I'm 5 weeks I think, and I've had a miscarriage before, but something tells me something isn't right but I know my doctor will think I'm being paranoid.

I had sore boobs and slight pangs, but last night was quite painfully crampy (not as bad as period pains) and now I just don't feel anything, or pregnant really. I've only really felt anything for a couple of days...

Am I right to be worried? I feel like I'm just waiting for the proper pain and bleeding to start, I don't even have a midwife yet so I've got no one to speak to but they thought I was being paranoid last time I had a miscarriage too!

Thank you, it's so hard not to worry considering I miscarried about a month before I bled! My GP won't do an early scan yet either although I had one last week for ongoing pain from my previous miscarriage and she didn't notice I was pregnant either, I'm just finding it all hard to believe and yet all going wrong at the same time.

Just take a deep breath. Try to relax. Decide what midwife you want and give her a call.

Trust your instincts! With my first pregnancy, I knew something was wrong while we were on vacation, but I didn't have any symptoms and I didn't say anything. Sure enough, the baby had stopped developing the same time I had that feeling and I had a miscarriage. I have had many issues with this second pregnancy, but my instincts has reassured me over and over again that the baby is still ok. I even had to go to the ER with cramping and heavy bleeding, but I still felt at peace eventhough I was scared (contradictory, I know). Sure enough, it was just a ruptured cyst on my ovary and the baby was perfect. Trust yourself. Call your doctor.

If you start bleeding within a week you will know. Ive had 4 miscarriages and always bled before cramps but every ones body is different. I honestly have no pregnancy symptoms at 7 weeks but every pregnancy is different too? good luck
