Sorry for the TMI :( I got a bug bite while on vacation in Cali the other day and now it's really red around it... Is there anything I should do to it? Or do I need to go to a doctor?

Monitor the redness and tenderness. If it gets bigger or feels more painful, definitely have it looked at. Until then, take Benadryl or ibuprofen to help with the reaction and swelling. It doesn't look like anything too serious to me, just a bad bug bite.
