Skiing on period??

Question

I've never been downhill skiing before and I'm going with two of my guy friends the same day my period is supposed to start.  I wear tampons. Will it be possible? Are there places on the hills with washrooms? I'm worried I'll have no place to change and I don't want things to get messy!

Please do wear both a tampon and a pad just in case you have to delay the restroom and leak through

There are bathrooms! Usually at the bottom of the hill and depending on the resort, they may have one at the very top or mountain. You'll ne fine! I've skiied on my period numerous times! Have fun

There aren't usually restrooms on the slopes, but you just come all the way down the hill to the lodge and there are restrooms and ski parking there, then jump on the lift and get back to it! You may want to wear a pad just for extra protection, but you'll be fine :-D

There are definitely places with toilets. I'm not sure where you're skiing but if in Europe take some coins and there is a small charge to use them
