So very soon I'll be going to a  gynecologist, this would be my first time ever going, now this should be very difficult for me because I don't have my mother to come with me because she doesn't live with me n she won't even explain to me what will happen the first time and I'm sorta nervous, I mean I do have an idea on what will happen but I'm not quite sure on what is that will exactly happen any suggestions or tips ? On how to relax or what I'll expect??
