I had an ectopic pregnancy last year the baby was half in my tube half in my uterus..I didn't know except for I had excruciating pain on my right side.. Until one night I couldn't move..I contacted my Dr office and was told to go to the ER. Several hours later it was confirmed ectopic I was rushed into emergency surgery..the doctor told my husband and I that I would be in surgery for about an hour once they got in and seen where the baby was my surgery turned into 5 hours the next day my doctor came and and told me that if I would have been a few mins later from starting surgery I would have lost my life..it broke my heart completely losing a baby but in the same sense I almost lost my own life..I had to lose my right tube as well as some inches from the right side of my uterus.

I'm here today and exactly a year later found out that I am pregnant.. I'm now 24 weeks pregnant with a baby boy and couldn't be happier.. I will have to have a planned c section from here on out due to the doctor not wanting me to go into labor to rupture my uterus. But doing great and baby is healthy!

My sister had an ovarian ectopic ( very rare, they told her she had a 1/60 000 chance of that happening) . They thought at first it was a cyst on her ovaries since so rare. Eventually figured it out and wanted to remover her ovary but she did t want that done. They gave her injections of methotextrate, a chemo drug in hopes of it terminating the pregnancy, which it did. She did suffer a miscarriage 3 mos later but is now 34 wks pregnant. So a hard road to get there but they'll have their baby soon! Good luck
