I need advice..

So I'm now 6 days late. I took a pregnancy test two days ago but it was negative (first response.) When should I retake, and what do you think the odds are that I'm pregnant? My periods are usually so regular that I can guess the exact day I'm going to start by the way... also, I'm feeling slight pains in my uterus, nothing like cramping, but it still has me worried...
