I don't have any personal experience with this but I have done research. The magnesium is what's supposed to help with morning sickness. I've been using "ancient mineral oils" magnesium oil in preparation of becoming pregnant. I've heard it's most beneficial if used before becoming pregnant but I've also heard it helped even during pregnancy. Worth a try either way! I would recommend the oil too.
