Help please!

So yesterday morning - 10 dpo - I had a huge dip in my temp and I immediately thought I was out. I had cramps the whole day so I definitely thought AF was on her way. This morning, there's no sign of AF, cramps went away, and my temp went way above the coverline again. Any thoughts? I got excited this morning so I tested but I got a bfn.
