Headache ??

Question

I've been getting headaches around the same time everyday.... What can I take?!?

My gp told me that if the headache is that bad, take some paracetamol but try not to take it too much. She suggested one dose every 8 hours instead of 4, pretty much to help me sleep. 
It worked eventually, but I also drank a lot more water
