So I have to take them Untill my first prenatal appointment, which are the best one to buy ? ( so nervous lol )

I got mine at Walgreens for $18. It's a prenatal plus DHA and they were buy one get one free.

My insurance covered them completely so I got a prescription one but if they wouldn't have I would have went with a $10-$15 bottle from a supermarket which is what I did before my first prenatal appointment.

I got a prescription for them from my doctor so they are free. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the particular store though rather than it coming from a doctor. Ask your ob if anywhere does free ones, it's worth asking about.

I bought on amazon and in bulk a years supply for 70-80 bucks is a great deal! I chose rainbow lite and take them before bed and havent had any issues

I've been through 3 different kinds all because they all just made me sick. I'm now taking vitafusion prenatal gummies those are the best for me in my opinion. Price I don't think I paid higher than 10 bucks for each brand.

You have to take them throughout your entire pregnancy and it is highly recommended to be taking them even before you conceive. Anyone of child rearing age should be taking prenatal vitamins or some form of folic acid. It prevents neural tubular defects in the baby such as spinabifida and other serious birth defects
