30 week 4d Ultrasound

I went today for my 4d ultrasound. It was not done at my Drs office, but just an independent US place called sneak a peak. At one point during the US, it looked like there were two faces. They even gave us a copy of the picture. The lady said that it is not twins but after consulting a family member who does Ultrasounds every single day, she said to take it to my Dr and have them do another scan. She said it could have been user error but she said she has never had this happen. What do yall think?
