Tips pregnant at 17?

I recently found out I'm pregnant and I would love tips from younger moms out there me and my boyfriend have a house and have jobs so just looking for tips and future encounters as a young mom?

I'm not a young mom myself but I think it's important to regard yourself as a MOM. Labelling yourself as "young mom", may be self defeating in a way. 
I think you're off to a great start asking for help and advice! Parenthood is a lot to take on at any age.
