Ovulation help please.

What is the latest cycle day you can ovulate? I'm on cd 16 and I haven't got a positive opk yet. But I have felt like I have ovulated. I'm on Clomid but I ovulate on my own with out it so not sure what's going on. If anyone can help that would be great. Thank you.
