I'm 16, I've had my period since I turned 9. I just realized yesterday I had it. I was all fine until I tried to go to the bathroom. I had to have my sister come into the bathroom and hold my hand because the cramps were so intense. I would ask my mom but I feel weird talking about my menstrual with her. I have cramps in the front, and in the back. my stomach feels empty even when I do eat. I just want the cramps to settle down, I've taken 800 motrin its not working. Any women out there suggest what I could take?
