Yes or no? I've had 1 positive and then about 4 tests after negative? Is this test negative as well?

Here's 2 pictures, one original and one negative. I've had 1 positive test last week, waited a few days and took another and BFN. Doesn't make sense to me ? also, my obgyn was able to squeeze milk out of my breasts?! And I'm overly bloated with headaches and nausea. Can someone please help or advise?
