Well today I had a bit of a shock (I think).. I started my period yesterday after a missed one, and today I found my cramps were worse than usual.. I then went to the toilet and found a little blob which was white-red-black-ish and more shapely than a normal clot.. If I was pregnant, how? (On the Nexplanon implant) and is this a miscarriage? I've no idea what to do if it is.. Will it just go or..? I need help.. Thanks :/
