How often do you change your tampon each day?

Depends on how heavy and how often I have to pee. If it's my heavier day I change i every hour or2 but if it's a lighter day I will go like 3 hours without changing it or go till I have to pee

I put one in in the morning (I sleep with a pad) and around lunch I change it. Whenever I shower (or before I go to bed) I take it out and put on a pad so like 2 or 3 a day

I can get away with once or twice most days. I wear one to work then take it out and use pads/liners at home to give my body a break if possible.
